PRP – Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (Vampire Facial)

What is PRP vampire facial?

PRP is the “magic” behind both the Vampire Facelift and the Vampire Facial. PRP stands for Platelet Rich Plasma and is a component of your own blood. It contains platelets including both stem cells and growth factors. Commonly Known as the Vampire Facial. A vampire facial is a medical procedure in which a person’s own blood is used to create a more youthful appearance. Unwanted folds and wrinkles can be smoothed out, creating a younger, more vibrant look.

When PRP is used with micro needling, it penetrates your skin through the tiny channels the microneedles create. The PRP supercharges the micro needling benefits. PRP also addresses under-eye puffiness and dark circles to give you a more youthful, well-rested appearance. Since PRP is derived from your own blood, the side effects are virtually eliminated.

This therapy is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment with quick recovery time and is designed to stimulate the body’s natural collagen production.

Targeted Micro needling

Micro needling works by stimulating the production of new collagen in the skin. This is achieved by puncturing the dermis with microscopic needles. The treatment utilises the skins ability to heal itself, in turn triggering the production of new collagen. In addition to treating pores, fine wrinkles, loss of elasticity, minor scarring (including acne scarring) and sun damage it also enables topical products to penetrate deeper into the skin, increasing their effectiveness.

  • Stimulates collagen production
  • Improves skin texture
  • Reduces fine-lines and wrinkles
  • Improves acne scarring
  • Smooths and firms’ skin
  • Treats pigmentation

We can further Target individual skin complaints using our preferred skincare brand Genosys Power solutions to maximise results. Homecare products are also available to purchase.

The SkinBase™ Facial microdermabrasion treatment uses a stream of non-allergenic crystals to remove your skin’s outermost layers of dead cells. Your therapist will use the handset to direct the stream of crystal over the treatment area and, where necessary, target specific zones. The handset then uses a mild suction to draw away the crystal and skin debris to reveal your new and improved complexion.

The SkinBase™ Facial is chemical free and non-invasive yet achieves amazing results revealing younger, healthier looking skin from the very first treatment. The skin’s appearance is further improved through increased collagen & elastin production as your body produces a new layer of skin.

How it works…
Using a medical grade blade, the outer layers of the skin are gently exfoliated, to reveal healthy, new skin cells.

  1. Superficial fine lines (a softer filler injected superficially)
  2. Facial folds and hollows (a medium viscosity filler injected in the mid-dermis)
  3. Facial volume loss (a thicker filler injected deeper into the dermis)

Typical areas are:

  • Nasolabial folds (nose to mouth lines)
  • Marionette lines (corners of the mouth)
  • Upper lip lines (smokers lines)
  • Cheek enhancement
  • Lip enhancement
  • Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty (nose)
  • Jawline Contouring

Chemical Skin Peel

An epiderma 5 Chemical peel is a treatment which removes the outer layers of the skin by applying a chemical solution to the surface of the skin. The chemicals result in an even deep exfoliation of the skin which leaves fresh smooth resurfaced skin. At Elite, we provide the range leading 40% glycolic acid peel, we believe this is the safest treatment and results in no peeling yet still provides fantastic results without the risks or side effects of medium and deep peels.

A Chemical peel not only freshens the surface of the skin, leaving revitalised glowing radiant skin it also greatly reduces the appearance of acne scars and reduces the risk of further outbreaks, it can lighten unsightly darkened pigmentation from sun damage and evens out the skin tone, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as increasing the production of collagen and elastin.

Carbon facial skin treatment

Laser carbon facial is the latest innovative, non-invasive facial treatment for all skin types. With no downtime it may deliver immediate results.

The carbon laser facial treatment is often known as the Hollywood or the black faced doll facial, and may create a porcelain doll complexion. It is one of the most advanced treatments for minor skin imperfections. The carbon laser peel may help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, including crow’s feet. The process is non-invasive and pain free.

How does laser carbon skin treatment works?

The laser treatment is suitable for all ages and may help lighten spots and dark spots, fade freckles, and remove blackheads and acne. It may also help to lift and tighten the skin.

The principle behind the black doll facial is that carbon powder possesses a strong capacity to absorb dirt deep in the pores. The face is first coated with carbon nano-particles. Next the laser is used on the skin. The medical-graded laser allows the particles to penetrate deep into pores, shattering the epidermal keratinocytes and dirt. The heat from the laser also enables the carbon powder to be absorbed into the skin, stimulating the skin cells. Regeneration occurs by encouraging growth of collagen and elastic fibres.

The process

After cleansing, carbon paste is massaged on the face, then high intensity pulses of light are delivered from the laser, which destroys debris clogged in the pores. This state of the art laser treatment may help refine enlarged pores which reduce oil secretion and helps remove blackheads and whiteheads. The treatment may stimulate the face to produce more collagen.

It is advised that you use a sun protection cream after treatment with a minimum SP30. A course of 6 sessions is recommended for maximum results and discounts are available for courses.

What are the benefits of carbon laser facials?

It may help in reducing acne, scars and post acne discoloration, it may also help remove dead skin cells from the superficial epidermal layer, stimulate collagen growth, improve skin texture and clear pores to help reduce blackheads and whiteheads.

After carbon laser facial, we recommend a second pass, which can proceed immediately to help with collagen and elastin production in the skin.

The benefits of carbon laser facial

  • It may gradually minimise pores
  • Could help reveal luminous complexion
  • May help even skin tone and texture
  • May help clear dead skin cells
  • Effective on hands, chest and back

Radio Frequency Facial

Radio frequency Facial treatment, radio waves penetrate the patient’s outer skin layers, delivering heat energy to the muscles and tissue beneath. This heat stimulates collagen production and that, in turn, triggers tissue contraction. The overall result is tighter, brighter skin and a significant reduction in sags and wrinkles. That is why this treatment is often referred to as a “Radiofrequency Facelift”.

Radiofrequency energy is primarily used to treat skin laxity through facial tightening, but the treatment also improves skin tone and texture. This protocol is FDA-approved as a non-surgical treatment for wrinkles and facial skin imperfections. Because it is non-invasive, there is no downtime or recovery. Results are immediately noticeable, and they become even more so in the weeks following the treatment as the build-up of collagen stimulates further skin contraction.

  • Forehead (lifts brows and tightens forehead skin)
  • Under Eyes (thickens skin and tightens and lifts the upper cheek)
  • Cheeks (lifts slightly and diminishes enlarged pores)
  • Mid-Face and Jaw Line (diminishes jowls and sagging along the jaw line)
  • Neck (treats “chicken neck” by tightening skin and diminishing wrinkles)
